Acceptance
Creating an account or using Ruction means you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Ruction.
Not medical advice
Ruction provides pattern tracking and information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your symptoms, medication, or any health decision. Nothing in the app or in the doctor report replaces professional medical judgement.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your content
You own the data you log. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it back to you, including in the doctor report you choose to generate, solely to run the service. We don't use your individual health logs for anything beyond that.
Acceptable use
Don't log data on someone else without their knowledge and consent, don't try to breach security or reverse-engineer the app, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Termination
You can delete your account anytime in settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Ruction is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Changes to these terms
We'll notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continued use afterward means you accept the update.
